December/Winter Look 2019 - Faux Fur Fun
THIS SITE HAS A NEW HOME- PLEASE VISIT
This outfit cost me $10.00!
Minus the hat, which was purchased about 2 years ago.
Shell/Tan color Faux Fur Vest (hook clasps) $3.00. Like new, good condition! I don't usually go for any kind of fur but for some reason this stood out to me and I could not resist the price. I'll be warm for sure in this! Not sure the brand on this/no brand tag.
I found at The Sheppard's Place in Hopewell, VA- Their
mission is selling gently used clothes at a great discount. I also like
this place because they are connected to the local food bank and social
services to provide free clothing to those in desperate need. I love
supporting places like this!
A little closeup of the grain of the fur is very smooth and even. The "coat" is even-toned all around.
Burgundy or dark cranberry turtleneck I found for $2.00! Also found at The Sheppard's Place. This is made to fit loose and is 100% cotton. Great condition as well! Not shown but it has two slits on the sides at the "hip", and a really cool knit seam at the shoulders. It's a Jeanne Pierre brand.
I've had these deep caramel suede material ankle boots for about 3 years! Not exactly sure where I got them but they are still hanging in with me, so with this look, I did not spend on shoes this time :)
Put this look together with a pair of maroon skinny leg cotton spandex blend jeans I picked up at a nearby City Trends for about $4.00
Look here for other weekly thrift and discount finds I came across.
